Mould Making and Rapid Prototyping
After design finalisation, we advance to wax mold making and rapid prototyping. This process involves creating detailed wax molds and prototypes to ensure the designs are accurately produced and meet your specifications before moving to full-scale manufacturing.

Tree Build up and Casting
After the wax mold creation and rapid prototyping stages, we move to tree build-up and casting. This process entails assembling the wax models into a cohesive “tree” structure, which is then cast in metal to produce the final jewelry pieces with exceptional detail and precision.

Finishing
Our gold jewelry finishing process involves precise cleaning, filing, sanding, and polishing to achieve a flawless finish. Expert stone setting, buffing, and thorough inspection ensure every piece meets the highest standards of craftsmanship, resulting in exceptional quality and shine.
